Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for fabricating assemblies for use in the construction industry using MIG and stick welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate assemblies to precise specifications using MIG and stick welding techniques
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds on a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Operate welding machines and tools with a keen focus on quality control
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following company health and safety regulations and best practices in hazardous material handling
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Strong communication, verbal and numeracy skills
  • Excellent team member
  • Hard-working, punctual, and reliable with a degree of flexibility required at peak business times
