Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Director to oversee the operations of a large scale property site in excess of 400,000 sq ft. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing sites of similar size and complexity.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team at Concrete Consulting. As Site Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations on the site, overseeing refurbishment and project works, tenant fit-outs, and leading an on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service partners on site to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Engage with end-users (tenants) on a daily basis to understand their needs and expectations
  • Lead an on-site team to achieve operational excellence
  • Oversee health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in managing large scale properties and overseeing refurbishment and project works
  • A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification
