About the Role
Evelyn Partners is seeking a skilled professional to support the technical side of audit engagements in our Beaconsfield team.
As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, reviewing management and statutory accounts, preparing proposals for new and existing clients, conducting training and development sessions, and managing daily operations across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services
- Review and compile management and statutory accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and present proposals to new and existing clients, highlighting the value of our services and building strong relationships
- Design and deliver training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Oversee daily operations across the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) or qualified by experience
- Industry experience gained across the UK market in professional services firms
- Corporate tax knowledge and experience
- Accounts manager experience, with a proven track record of success
- Ability to support and guide a team, managing their daily work and providing guidance and feedback as needed
