We are seeking a passionate and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our team at an FE College in Basingstoke. As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and learning, providing excellent support to students, and delivering engaging and well-planned lessons within the Motor Vehicle Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and learning across levels 2 and 3, supporting students to achieve and meet the expectations of teaching within the FE sector.
- Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons within the Motor Vehicle Department.
- Providing excellent support to students, including guidance and feedback.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, PGCE, certificate in education)
- Assessors' qualification (e.g., A1, D33/D34, CAVA, TAQA, IQA)
- Experience interacting with 16–19-year-olds in an education or apprentice setting
- Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
- Exclusive representation to leading FE colleges, prisons, and training providers in the area
