Housekeeper - Cleaning and Maintenance Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at WCF Ltd. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest accommodations, including lodges, amenity blocks, and other facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our team in cleaning and preparing guest accommodations to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all facilities and amenities are well-maintained and clean.
- Work collaboratively with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in proactive initiatives to improve our guest satisfaction ratings and maintain our 5-star reputation.
- Adhere to our company's high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and report any issues or concerns to management.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Working hours are Mondays and Fridays mornings, with additional hours available at peak times and to cover holidays.
- We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, and overtime opportunities for hours worked in excess of contracted hours.

- 33 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays) for full-time employees, with pro-rata entitlement for part-time colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
