Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate Solicitor to join our reputable Family Law team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will work on complex cases, benefiting from the support of our wider team. Our Family Law team is growing, with a strong presence in the UK market, and we are looking for someone to join us in our Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling high-quality Family Law matters, including privately funded financial remedy work, private children law, and cohabitation disputes.
  • Working with a client base comprising professional clients, high net worth individuals, those with business interests, and those in the sports and agricultural sectors.
  • Providing excellent quality service to our clients, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and progress your career, with opportunities for business development and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • At least four years of post-qualification experience in Family Law.
  • Technical excellence, with a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A client-focused approach, with a keenness to become involved in business development activities within the team.
  • Flexibility to work individually and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, managing several different cases and clients effectively.
