Cleaning and Support Team Member

About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning and support team as a Housekeeping Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, their visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home, including communal areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, floors, and equipment according to established protocols
- Assist with laundry duties, ensuring all linen is cleaned and stored properly
- Support the maintenance of a welcoming and homely atmosphere by re-arranging furniture and decorations as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent attention to detail, be physically able to lift and move equipment, and have a caring nature with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
