This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse or Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Clinical Director of Community Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical management and leadership, acting as a role model to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
About the Role:
The Clinical Director of Community Services will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care and rehabilitation for male patients over the age of 18 with enduring mental health issues. You will promote collaborative working, positive team building, and set priorities, objectives, and goals for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce through recruitment, selection, development, and performance management processes.
- Ensure effective and efficient management of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives.
- Ensure clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation, meet quality standards, and deliver against key performance indicators.
- Manage the implementation of clinical interventions and treatments designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services, evaluated through clinical governance and audit.
- A recognised post-registration qualification and full membership of NMC.
