Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and assist in the performance of independent internal audits of departments involved in nuclear safety, such as maintenance, operations, engineering, radiation protection and selected other activities. This includes reviewing documents, preparing checklists and agendas for audits, performing audits, conducting pre and post audit interviews and preparing final audit reports.
The manager will also be responsible for ensuring and documenting that corrective actions are taken based on report findings. In addition, they may perform surveillances, assessments, observations, and other assignments as directed by supervision.
This role requires excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for communicating audit results to stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is based at our Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant location.
