Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused administrator to join our Property Management team at Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration or accounts within the construction or property sector.

  • Organize viewings, virtual tours, and open houses for prospective buyers or tenants
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase properties
  • Produce property inspections and reporting
  • Ensure a smooth lease process from start to finish
  • Advise landlords of any maintenance works required
  • Deal with enquiries from tenants, clients, solicitors, local authorities, etc.
  • Assist with adhoc/admin duties within the property management team
  • Provide customer service for buyers, assisting with warranties, snagging issues, and queries regarding the new build
  • Draft and manage tenancies if the properties are to be rented out, ensuring contracts reflect the new build's features and warranties
  • Assist with set up and handover of licenses
  • Collate data and compile client reports
  • Answer phones and deal with enquiries or take messages
  • Minute taking as and when required

Requirements:

  • Proven coordination and administration experience required within the property industry
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Motivated individual who can work well by supporting a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Must understand the principles and practice of client care
  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Opportunity for personal and professional development and progression within the company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Office Based.
