Data Centre Support Opportunity
CDS, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, is seeking a skilled Data Centre Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, focusing on data centre operations, cabling activities, and hardware deployments. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of new equipment and the efficient operation of our data centres.

To succeed in this position, you will require a strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, with a focus on cabling, hardware deployment, and maintenance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve technical issues. Additionally, proficiency in Service Now (SNOW), Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-standard OEM equipment from HPE, Dell, and IBM servers is necessary.

Compensation: £58,000 - £72,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience.
