Job Description

We are seeking a Precision Assembly Professional to join our team at Morson Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, overhauling, and modifying aircraft components in accordance with safety regulations and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Interpret component maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data to perform repair and overhaul duties.
  • Perform preliminary inspections, diagnostic tests, disassembly, cleaning, and component inspections.
  • Repair, overhaul, and assemble units in accordance with approved technical data.
  • Perform final tests to determine eligibility for return to service.
  • Prioritize and process units to meet customer due dates.
  • Process units in accordance with quality management system, repair station manual, and MOE.

Salary and Benefits

As a Precision Assembly Professional at Morson Talent, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
