Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts, developing and implementing strategies to secure new income streams, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, grant-making trusts, and corporate partners
  • Securing new income streams and growing existing ones
  • Managing a team of fundraising staff and volunteers
  • Working closely with the Development and Communications Assistant and other colleagues to achieve fundraising goals
