About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Materials Supply Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering on the medium- to long-term forecast of material requirements to suppliers and activities related to mid- to long-term material requirements for assigned plants or co-packers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable forecasts of material requirements for assigned plants or co-packers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials to support plant production plans.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with plant operations, suppliers, and demand planning teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and operational execution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain principles, including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience with SAP ECC/BI in Supply Chain or similar systems.
  • Mature English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct material planning experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in an international environment with diverse cultures and time zones.
  • APICS CPIM certification or similar accreditation.
