We're working on behalf of TalentTide, a company that's offering an exciting opportunity to join their Finance & Accounts team as a Credit Controller. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
  • Identify and pursue outstanding debts to minimize bad debt and maximize cash flow.
  • Develop and implement effective credit control procedures to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control or accounting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
