Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to our residents. As a Children's Residential Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, completing estate inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

About the Role

You will be the key point of contact for our residents, providing emotional support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will also work closely with our colleagues to ensure that our services are delivered in a way that promotes the wellbeing and empowerment of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure that they are safe and well-maintained.
  2. Complete estate inspections to identify any issues that need to be addressed.
  3. Troubleshoot any problems that arise and provide solutions to our residents.
  4. Work closely with our colleagues to ensure that our services are delivered in a way that promotes the wellbeing and empowerment of our residents.
  5. Provide emotional support and guidance to our residents to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £39,238pa - £44,547pa, a 25-day holiday allowance, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme, family leave, and a free employee assistance programme.
