About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Analyst to join our team at Charles River. As a key member of our corporate functions group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement effective compliance programs, and provide training and support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the authoring and document management of Global IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Deviations.
  • Manage training program and record management for Global IT staff.
  • Coordinate internal, client, and regulator inspections, audits, and reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
  • Experience in IT Support and related Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with regulations applicable to IT Service Delivery - Global Applications (ITIL, GxP, GDPR).
