Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to lead medicines optimisation for people with learning disabilities.

The role will involve working closely with clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve the quality, safety and cost effectiveness of medicines use and physical health monitoring of patients with a learning disability diagnosis.
