Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and relevant higher education modules in early intervention in public health and child development and assessment.
- Experience in community or acute healthcare, with the ability to demonstrate clinically effective practice with children and families.
- Awareness of professional issues and recent developments in the NHS, with knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-manage within a team environment and use your own initiative.
- Ability to motivate and organise others to ensure best practice, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
