We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage accurate financial records using SAGE 50.
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and bank transactions.
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Generate detailed financial reports and summaries using SAGE 50.
- Payroll Management.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Support in the preparation of VAT returns
- Credit control.
Requirements:
- Advanced user of Sage 50
- Proven experience in stand alone Accounts Assistant position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
