We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' organisations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accurate financial records using SAGE 50.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and bank transactions.
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Generate detailed financial reports and summaries using SAGE 50.
  • Payroll Management.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
  • Support in the preparation of VAT returns
  • Credit control.

Requirements:

  • Advanced user of Sage 50
  • Proven experience in stand alone Accounts Assistant position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
