Job Summary:
">Senior Documentalist required to assist our sales and engineering teams in creating high-quality technical documentation for naval projects.
">This role involves collaborating with engineers to develop and update technical reports, specifications, and contractual documents.
">The successful candidate will support the purchasing team with precise technical equipment specifications and provide technical support for spare parts and other Navy chiller-related tasks.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Collaborate with engineers to develop and update technical reports, specifications, and contractual documents
- Assist the sales team in generating technical offers for new projects
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of technical reports and documents
- Proofread, edit, and refine documents to ensure clarity and alignment with company procedures
- Support the purchasing team with precise technical equipment specifications
- Provide technical support for spare parts and other Navy chiller-related tasks
- Create efficient indexing tools for easy document retrieval
Requirements:
">- Strong technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration, chilled water plants, and compressor technology
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
