Job Title: Part Time Class Teacher

Ashwood Spencer Academy is seeking a dynamic and creative Part Time Class Teacher to join our team. This position involves teaching a Year 1 class three days a week. Our academy is committed to delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences for all our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional materials

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching primary school students
  • Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
