We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team at Finsbury Food Group. This role is based in Salisbury, UK, and offers Hybrid and Homeworking opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the critical path stages between concept handover and product launches are achieved, with comprehensive communications of project statuses maintained with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have graduate-level qualifications in Food Science, Technology, or Nutrition and previous experience in a similar position within the Food Manufacturing sector.

This role also requires good communication and organisational skills, as well as up-to-date knowledge of legislation regarding food labelling.

Our company has over 180 years of heritage in craft baking methods and is committed to being the leading specialty bakery group in the UK. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
