  • Manage and coordinate staff resources, budget, and environment to optimize patient care
  • Contribute to the development of the ward's strategic plan and objectives

Requirements

  • Substantial experience at Band 6 Grade in an acute hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience of change management and implementation of audit/research recommendations
  • Recent evidence of continuing professional and personal development
  • Teaching or lecturing experience (desirable)
