We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Beechwood College in Cardiff. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to students with complex needs, promoting their safeguarding and well-being at all times.
  • Assist in the delivery of educational programs, using your knowledge of each student's targets and goals to provide tailored support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student progress, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Support the college's total communication approach, promoting effective communication and relationships between students, staff, and parents.
  • Contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive learning environment, celebrating students' achievements and diversity.
Requirements
