We require an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to carry out installations into homes and support us in delivering our customer promise.

You may be an experienced fibre broadband engineer or someone looking to get into fibre broadband installations and be willing to learn. Either way, Nano will support you in your career development.

Key Requirements:

  • You may have experience working in a networking engineering environment, but full training and accreditation support are available for the right candidate.
  • FTTP fibre installation experience is preferred, but a positive attitude is more important to us.
  • You should demonstrate effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • You should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and be willing to find the best customer solutions.
  • Nano covers various areas of the country, so occasional travel may be required.
  • A valid UK driver's licence is necessary for visiting homes in your area.
  • You may need to work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets.
  • You should be medically fit and able to perform a physically demanding job, as climbing poles is a requirement.
  • You should be able to work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPIs set by our partners.
  • You may be required to work in other locations within the UK, with accommodation provided.
