Agile Transformation Coach Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach Lead to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a critical role in driving our Agile transformation and ensuring that our leaders and managers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver inclusive learning and development programs and plans that build the capability of Sky's managers and leaders in support of business in the Agile framework.
- Work closely with Agile coaches and the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence to ensure that learning is aligned to Agile practices and the Sky Leader model.
- Identify gaps in existing learning content on Agile behaviour practices and implement interventions to address these gaps.
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and analyse training initiatives to develop managers and leaders, with the Agile framework.
- Collect data on leaders' attitudes, knowledge, and readiness for the Agile transition before and after the intervention.
- Observe leaders in action during Agile rituals (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives) to see if Agile leadership behaviours are being practiced.
- Use employee engagement scores to track any changes in overall employee engagement, which can be impacted by leadership behaviours and culture change.
- Provide coaching and feedback on leadership-related topics, working with leaders both in 1:1s and facilitated workshops to identify leadership, coaching, and management skills development opportunities.
- Previous experience of working in Agile.
- Proven track record of facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Proven track record of coaching.
- Previous experience in team coaching and leadership culture.
