Cover Teacher for SEN School

Rikama Education is seeking an experienced Classroom Support Specialist to join our team in a special educational needs school in Bromley, UK. The successful applicant will have experience working in a school as an HLTA or Cover Teacher and expertise in supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
This role involves delivering classes covering for absent teachers, providing support and guidance to students in need, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including dedicated consultant support and ongoing professional development training.
