Electrical Shift Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our team in Chester. As an Electrical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our critical site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure the efficient operation of the site
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Monitor and report on site performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Shift Leader or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices
