We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Long Term Futures Ltd in Westminster.

Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to shape young children's early development through engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

The nursery provides outstanding early years education in a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 4 years.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff, ensuring exceptional care and education.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Monitor children's progress and work closely with parents to address individual needs.
  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection protocols are adhered to at all times.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • A passion for fostering curiosity and growth in young children.

Estimated Salary: £95-120 per year
