Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in Solihull. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our customer's electrical systems, including reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, modifying electrical circuits, and installing new components.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of advanced technologies, including P/HEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles) and M/HEV (Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicles).

Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
- Modifying electrical circuits, loom building, and installation
- Removing, fitting, and upgrading interior and exterior vehicle components
- Running diagnostics on vehicles
- Working with advanced technologies, including P/HEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles) and M/HEV (Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicles)

Requirements:

- High school diploma and relevant auto electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as an auto electrician
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electrical systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces and solve complex problems
