About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our BREEAM department as a Business Support Administrator. This role will involve maintaining accurate records, financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of data within the BREEAM systems, databases, and websites.
  • Financial reporting and income claiming.
  • Liaise with customers daily via email, telephone, and Live Chat.
  • Support the Team Leader and Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Competency in using MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and databases.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work without supervision.
