Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, including conducting site visits and gathering necessary information.
  • Stay updated on planning policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in town planning, preferably in a private consultancy setting.
  • Chartered status with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent.
  • Full RTPI membership or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license.
