We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant at Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners, promoting learning and development.
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
