About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team at the Amex Stadium. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures relating to the service of food and beverages in kiosks around the stadium concourses.
  • Work on non-match day events, including conferences, Christmas party nights, and world-class events.
  • Follow all food hygiene and allergen guidelines, as well as Challenge 25 instructions.
