About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at ALLSAINTS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and driving sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

• Provide coaching and guidance to your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance

• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance

• Proactively manage people matters, including performance management, attendance, and return to work interviews
