About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at Jubilee Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry dishes in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes, including baking and confectionary, to meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials, working closely with our culinary team to ensure innovative and delicious offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury fine dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts, to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
