We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Service Manager to lead our Musculoskeletal (MSK) service at West London NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical specialist physiotherapist to take on a key leadership role, shaping the future of MSK services in our trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative models of care delivery, ensuring improvements in quality, outcomes, and experiences of service users. They will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive change and improve patient outcomes.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and experience in training and developing other therapists. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current legislation, professional body standards, and health and social care policy and strategies.

As a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, you will have extensive experience in facilitating change, collaborating with stakeholders, and producing innovative practice and service development showing improved patient outcomes. You will also have a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care, managing complex caseloads, and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
