Showroom Host Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Showroom Host to join our team at JCT600 in York. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Care for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors, demonstrating our commitment to their comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist as necessary to maximise the customers' comfort while they are on site, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in customer-facing areas, ensuring our dealership presents a professional image.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer sales and service enquiries from customers, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers, providing a positive and engaging experience.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An impeccable standard of personal presentation, reflecting our dealership's high standards.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach to work, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly salary of £11.44.
- A life assurance plan and company pension, subject to terms and conditions.
- 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service, plus bank holidays.
