- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with funders, stakeholders, and colleagues.
