Auditor - LW

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team at NHS Fife. As an Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of governance and compliance across our health board region.

• Conduct thorough and independent audits of corporate, clinical, staff, financial, and information governance processes
• Develop and implement audit programs to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of audit findings
• Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in the NHS

• Relevant qualifications, such as HND, degree, or Association of Accounting Technicians
• Proven experience in internal audit or a related field, preferably in the public sector
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• IT literacy and ability to work with various software systems
• Knowledge of NHS policies, practices, and procedures
