The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to offices, shops, and high-end residential properties covering parts of London, Kent, and Surrey.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Toilet/Tap/Shower - repairs/installation
  • Radiator installation and repair
  • Heating controls installation
  • Installation of all pipework and regulations
  • Boiler/Tank/Cylinder Installations
  • Boiler/Cylinder/Tank Repairs
  • Servicing & Repairs
  • Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
  • Pump and Valve installation
  • System configuration knowledge
  • Underfloor heating diagnostics
  • Bathroom Installation

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid Gas Safe Registration
  • A full clean U.K driving license
  • At least 5 Years' Experience in the trade
  • A unvented water certificate
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
