Sales Expert for UK Hydraulic Industry

We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our Solutions Engineering Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have industry specialist knowledge of the Rail, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Environmental, Material Handling or Pharmaceutical sectors.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional to manage and develop customer portfolios within their specific sector, supporting existing accounts and identifying new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include working with National Account Managers to support key accounts, managing a portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships to cross and up-sell services.

What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 Basic DOE, plus up to 20% bonus, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Car, health care, dental care, and pension.
