About the Role

The Sales and Supply Manager will lead the Supplies sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth through the long-term and sustainable management of high-value Supplies reseller domestic and large B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a high-performing, results-oriented culture in the Supplies Sales Team by motivating and managing performance to act as a cohesive engaged team, delivering KPIs and financial targets
  • Lead the overall Supplies Sales activity for St John, providing appropriate reports to key stakeholders and escalating any issues
  • Contribute to and propose pricing strategies ensuring St John is in a strong commercial and competitive position and profit margin expectations are met
  • Build strong relationships with partners, both internal and external, to support the achievement of revenue and margin targets and ensure we deliver for customers
