Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bathroom Fitting Expert to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for transforming ordinary bathrooms into stunning works of art. Your precision, expertise, and leadership will ensure that every project runs smoothly and is finished to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installations of bathroom suites with impeccable attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to interpret and execute detailed design plans.
  • Manage on-site teams, ensuring that tasks are coordinated and completed on time.
  • Conduct site assessments and advise on the best materials, fixtures, and fittings for each project.
  • Ensure that installations are up to our exacting standards through demonstrations and final testing.
  • Troubleshoot challenges on-site, finding efficient solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Stay on top of all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workspace at all times.
  • Provide expert advice and guide clients through the installation process to guarantee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bathroom fitting, with an impressive portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry related to bathroom installations.
  • Strong ability to read technical plans and blueprints, bringing designs to life with precision.
  • Leadership: You can manage and motivate teams and subcontractors to ensure success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.
