About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Professional to join our team at SaluteMyJob Ltd. This is a full-time, 37-hour-per-week position that offers hybrid working arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven record in delivering training. They should also possess good working knowledge of MS Office applications and a good understanding of work-based learning programmes.

The role involves delivering recognised Functional Skills courses in English and Maths to mixed groups of soldiers. The tutor will be responsible for conducting assessments, invigilating exams, marking assignments, providing fair and constructive feedback, and preparing lesson plans and learning resources.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role with 4 weeks spent working on-site at Tidworth and 1 week working from home. You will be part of a dynamic team and have access to regular training and development opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
