About the Role

CIH International Housing Group is currently seeking a highly skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Neighbourhood Services Team, you will be responsible for providing effective and flexible neighbourhood management services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of housing law and organisational policies and procedures, as well as accurate record keeping skills and experience of using housing management systems. You will also have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, time, and travel in order to meet required deadlines.

We are offering a competitive salary of £42,317 per annum, reflecting the challenging nature of this role and the importance of delivering high-quality services to our customers.
