Catena Media is seeking a seasoned SEO Director to lead our media partner SEO strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies that drive results. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of SEO and the Director of Content & Strategy to formulate and execute SEO plans that meet our targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, reporting, keyword research, and data analysis. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of our SEO process, leading the prioritization of page optimizations based on revenue potential, expected return, and partner ranking objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on SEO best practices
  • Lead the prioritization of page optimizations
  • Manage and mentor team members in implementation of SEO best practices

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in SEO or performance-based marketing, a college degree, and strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword and link research tools, and multiple Content Management Systems.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year
