Job Description:

Sepura, a leading provider of mission-critical wireless communications solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Pre-Sales team. As a key member of the sales effort, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify technical opportunities and explore how our devices, accessories, and applications can meet their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile applications (Android OS), 4G/5G networks, and/or enterprise IT systems. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with technical and operational customers, and have a deep understanding of sales and technology functions.

This role requires travel to customer premises globally, so a valid passport and a full driving license are essential. Additionally, due to the nature of our customer base, the individual may be expected to complete UK Security Clearance (SC) vetting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate the value of Sepura's products to the Sales team and partners
  • Identify technical opportunities based on customer engagement
  • Capture and understand customer requirements, proposing technical solutions and constructing internal business cases
  • Answer tenders (RFI/RFP) in a detailed and professional manner
  • Prepare solution-based product presentations and demonstrations for customers

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
