Deputy Nursery Room Leader - Level 3

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our inclusive and diverse nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Room Leader in implementing age-appropriate activities and curricula for children.
• Assist in supervising and mentoring nursery staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Develop positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Proven experience in an early years setting, with a comprehensive understanding of EYFS.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• A nurturing and patient approach in working with young children.
• A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery practice.
